Our consultation begins with learning your goals and expectations. A builder will schedule an on-site visit to your property to get a "lay of the land." We'll discuss your vision, your dreams and how we can bring it all together. We'll discuss your budget and timelines, gather measurements and photos to help us put together the best price possible.

Step 2

Deliver An Estimate

Equipped with all the relevant information for our consultation, we put together the estimated cost of your build. We'll refine those desires and nail down a concrete budget. We'll deliver our planning and design agreement and pinpoint the best products and materials to further help us bring your dreams to reality.

Step 3

Planning and Design

We dive into specifics and provide preliminary designs targeting major material selections. 3D designs and architectural renderings are available at your discretion. Thoroughly, we review the project with you to ensure no stone is left unturned and we present our construction contract proposal for authorization.

Step 4

Prepare for Construction

Project leadership is assigned and materials are sourced. Minor selections are reviewed and selected and necessary permits are applied. We collaboratively begin to schedule a construction start date.

Step 5

Construction Begins

Crews prepare the site at the instruction of the Project Manager. Craftsmen arrive to build your dream. Any necessary inspections are administered and we work through the build to ensure every element of quality is met. Final walk throughs are conducted.
